OUR ACCREDITED & CERTIFIED TRAINERS
Before a coach delivers an Accredited Training Course, BISWAY must obtain the approval from the Certification Authority. The coach have to provide qualifications as proof that these requirements are met, including coach details, qualifications and certification status. Authorised Trainers are appropriately qualified, proficient in teaching, have knowledge and experience in the subject area, are familiar with the topics. modules, and ensure themselves are constantly updated in line with changes to the syllabus.
Mr. Bakhtiar started his career as a graduate engineer with Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd as part of the ACMV design team. He was assigned to the KLIA construction project team as a clerk of work and seconded to Arki landskap Sdn Bhd in 1997 for the KLIA Water Features project (Artificial Waterfall and River Project) currently known as KLIA Jungle Boardwalk. Upon completion, he was absorbed as a Mechanical Supervisor under Urusan Teknologi Wawasan (UTW) performing the operation and maintenance works at KLIA Satellite ‘A’ Building: International Terminal.
In 2000, he took responsibility as the Facility Head of Department under a facility management company, Peransang Jati Sdn Bhd. His portfolios included critical Government’s buildings facility management works such as at the Prime Minister’s Department (Complex ‘B’), Prime Minister’s Office and Seri Perdana, the Prime Minister’s Residence. After 2003, he joined several facility management companies for their site mobilization and prepare the initial O&M documentation.
Mr., Bakhtiar has consulted and attended major issues arises during the contract implementation under JPM-Jabatan Perdana Menteri/JKR Putrajaya supervision including Government Quarters until 2008. Throughout the years, he also delivered several works as the specialist for pneumatic tube system (PTS) under MECOMB Engineering Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sime Darby Industrial. The installation of PTS has been completed for SILK Highway, Sg. Buloh Hospital and several TESCO Hypermarket.
Since 2015, he ventured into the energy management sector for commercial building and registered his company as an ESCO (Energy Service Company) in 2018. Currently, he is looking into the strategic management of the company in ensuring that the company sustainably grow and competitive as an industry player. His unusual and innovative skills to deliver the scopes of work has led him to successfully developed a smart energy monitoring system in 2019. Currently, the in-house cloud web-based system has been utilised by several building manager in their energy management and energy auditing purposes. The system also become a package to energy audit service for data logging and recorded energy consumption and stored at the cloud server for continuous real-time monitoring purposes. The system is also has become a value-added to the facility management contractual work under energy management scope of works.
He has devoted all his knowledge in energy management and practicing it since then and launched an initiative for the improvements of gateway for the energy monitoring platform. The development funded by MTDC (Malaysia Technology Development Corporation) through Malaysia Global Innovation and Creativity Centre in 2020. The customised energy monitoring system have assisted a lot of energy management team in delivering their routine tasks.
At present, Mr. Bakhtiar involved in the important task in Research and Development of the company’s platform with recent activities expanded into training, energy auditing and technical advisory roles to several facility management companies. Overall, Mr. Bakhtiar has over 20 years’ experience in the field of engineering, facility management and energy management works.
