Energy Audit for UiTM, Permatang Pauh, Penang
UiTM has achieved a significant milestone by securing an Energy Audit Conditional Grant regulated by SEDA under RMK12. We have been entrusted as an ESCO to spearhead the implementation of this program. Our primary goal is to develop an energy profile for UiTM Penang’s Academic and Lecture buildings, enabling us to identify potential savings and promote sustainable and efficient energy consumption.
In addition, we will install and develop UiTM Real-Time Energy Monitoring System. This Cloud Web-Based platform will empower UiTM’s dedicated energy management team to perform their routine work and optimize energy consumption effectively. G-Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has been awarded EACG-Energy Audit Conditional Grant by SEDA through MTrustee Berhad. MTrustee served as a trustee for a real estate investment trust (REIT) managed by IGB, where G Tower is one of the properties included in the REIT’s portfolio.
G-Tower is a prominent landmark located in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. It is a state-of-the-art commercial building that stands out for its innovative design and sustainability features. Completed in 2013, G-Tower has become a symbol of modernity and architectural excellence in the heart of the city.
Although G-Tower Malaysia is already recognized as a green building and has achieved the Green Building certification, it is still essential for the building to perform regular energy audits.
